St. Louis

St. Louis is where we want to do more of our work, and it's only eleven miles from our shop across the river. City housing stock runs from century-old brick in Tower Grove and Dutchtown to newer infill, and each brings its own roofing challenges: parapet walls, box gutters, steep gables, and flat rear additions.

We flash brick correctly with counter-flashing cut into the mortar joint rather than caulked to the face, and we handle the flat sections with TPO or modified bitumen so the whole roof is one watertight system.

After hail moves through the city, we inspect, document, and meet adjusters on the roof so St. Louis homeowners get the full scope they're owed, not a partial patch.
